Variety, with fresh vegetables and traditional options that were notably tastier than similar hotels we've visited. The staff were particularly friendly, we had everything we needed, yet the noise levels at times, especially from cleaning staff in the morning, were quite noticeable.

We had a really really nice experience in this well-maintained and fully equipped hotel. Location: the property was just off the bus station and city center, and a historical church. The food was good and the location was excellent.

Hotel as a whole is quiet and perfect, I enjoyed it.

The rooms are quiet and bright, equipped with a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control...

The breakfast was rich and delicious, but the room doors were quite old, allowing noises in from the corridor.

Quite good hotel in city center, friendly staff, receptionist helped us to organize excursion on painted monasteries of Bukovina accompanied by the fine guide. Rooms have necessary conveniences with exception of conditioner.

The old hotel, rooms need in reconstruction. The lock of a balcony door of a room has been broken, work of chambermaids leaves much to be desired.

The spacious and clean rooms provided a perfect retreat, great for a restful night. The complimentary coffee machine in my room added a touch of luxury. Plus, the delicious variety offered at breakfast ensured I started my day on a high note!

The hotel is very old and must pass an urgent overhaul. Manager reception was polite and very nice But the hotel in the current situation does not come even one star

Friendly staff, cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

Lack of buffet breakfast - the served breakfast was rather poor. Cleanliness of the dining room was like at some really cheap pension - from Continental Hotel one would expect much more. My reservation from Booked.net didn`t get to the hotel, so I was lucky there was no crowd that night at the hotel.

Central location, nice outdoor areas, historical and cultural accessibility

Outdated bathroom fixtures could use an overhaul!!! Parking space severely limited relative to room count!!! Sliding bathroom door difficult to use, needing improvement to enhance guest experience!!! Water availability should be reassessed for better convenience!!!

Hotel personal has debited my credit card with complete amount although was only a Booked.net reservation !! I am not happy about ! Pls check with Continental reception personal

I liked the possibility together easily to the centre. A good excess to the main attraction. Pity that the city is under construction a no chance of taking nice photos. I expected the staff to help me organize the tour of the monasteries. They called one who exaggerated in his price and they did not try again. I was disappointed. By the way they should fix the stars and the pavements leading to the hotel. It is a disgrace. I almost fell there.

There was no laundry service on-site, and the bedding could be improved for more comfort. Despite the great air conditioning, the overall temperature control in the room could be inconsistent.

Staffs speak English very well. This hotel is very old but it looked like they try to keep it clean, so it was comfortable.
